FEES:
  1. Application fees must accompany all applications.
  2. All fees must be paid in advance before the first day of class. Failure to make payment on time may result in the child being temporarily barred from attending class or accessing school facilities.
  3. All fees are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
  4. Registration and student fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be deferred.
  5. Failure to settle outstanding fees within the given period may result in suspension from class.
  6. Fees payable are stated in the programme fee structure. Little Inventor Pre-School reserves the right to review and revise fees when necessary.
  7. Fees quoted in foreign currency may be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  DEFERMENT:
  1. Students may defer studies for a maximum of one term/semester with valid reasons submitted in writing to the School Administration.
  2. The deferment request form must be submitted together with a supporting letter stating the reason for deferment.
  3. All requests are subject to approval by the School Management. Confirmation will be provided within 7 working days.
  4. Any deferment may be subject to applicable school fees depending on the programme structure.
  ACADEMIC PROBATION
  1. A child may be placed under academic monitoring/probation when:
    • The child shows consistently below expected learning progress; or
    • The child requires additional academic support as identified by teachers for two consecutive assessment periods.
  2. The School will determine appropriate class participation or support hours for children under academic monitoring.
  RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. All students and parents must comply with Little Inventor Pre-School rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.
  2. Any illegal or unsafe behaviour on school premises will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  3. The School shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising during school activities, except where caused by proven negligence of the School.
  4. The School Management has the right to suspend or remove any student whose behaviour affects the safety, learning environment, or reputation of the school.
  5. The School reserves the right to update rules and regulations without prior notice.
  6. The School reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
  7. All student information is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 (Act 709). No third party may access student information without approval from the School Management.
  WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
  1. Parents must submit a written notice if withdrawing their child from the school. Notice must be given at least one month before the next term begins.
  2. If a student is withdrawn due to misconduct or non-compliance with school requirements, fees paid are non-refundable.
  3. The School reserves the right to offset any refundable amount against outstanding fees owed.
  4. No refund will be given if withdrawal occurs after the second week of the term.
